The second is an assessment of the beliefs, opinions and perspectives of your employees gained through a questionnaire and face-to-face interviews. Based on these I will prepare a report and recommendations for you to consider - then I work with you to determine next steps. You may choose to engage me to help implement recommendations or to proceed on your own.
