The name Systemic Solutions stems from my belief that nothing happens in a vacuum. All outcomes – including products and services – are the product of a process - or system. We may or may not have identified or documented all of our processes and we may or may not follow the same process every time but, documented or not, a process underlies every outcome. Even the creative process is a process. Harnessing this knowledge to standardize, reduce variation and improve our processes can be a powerful tool in shaping corporate culture – and in improving employee engagement, productivity and creativity. That’s not to say that there is a standardized approach to optimizing corporate culture. In fact, there is as much art to the endeavor as there is science – but even art requires discipline. In the end it is a disciplined approach to the art of workplace engineering that sets Manson and Systemic Solutions apart.
